ETIQA LIFE AND GENERAL ASSURANCE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a proactive Account Executive to manage the full cycle of group health and protection programs for corporate and individual clients from onboarding to renewals.

You will coordinate quotations, proposals, policy issuance, and claims support while tailoring employee-benefit solutions, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving strong client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and proven experience in employee benefits or life insurance servicing.
• 2–3 years of experience in group health or employee benefits account management.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Oversee quotation, proposal preparation, actuarial and underwriting coordination, policy issuance, billing, and claims facilitation.
• Recommend and customize employee-benefit or health-related insurance solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor policy expirations, prepare renewal terms, and lead negotiations to maintain strong retention rates.
• Coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide expert guidance to clients.
