Job summary

Datacom in Taguig City, Philippines is seeking an ITAM Specialist (Hardware Asset Management) to join our Customer Centric Managed Services team. You will manage hardware lifecycle, maintain CMDB/AMDB data, and ensure compliance with HAM policies.

You will collaborate with procurement, ITIL processes, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality HAM services, drive improvements, and provide trusted advice to customers across APAC with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) in a corporate environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining HAM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in participating in continuous service improvement and hardware audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Hardware Asset Management services and daily HAM activities.
• Maintain asset information in AMDB/CMDB to support IT services.
• Ensure HAM processes comply with policies and ITIL best practices.
