iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation seeks a Business Development Officer to join the team in Iloilo City. This full-time role drives new business opportunities, identifies prospective clients, and expands the client base with tailored solutions and strategic sales approaches.

Collaborate with internal teams, build lasting client relationships, and aim to exceed sales targets while growing professionally through training programs and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good business sense and deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Degree in Business and other related fields is an advantage.
• At least 6 months of sales experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients within the target market.
