Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, and develop strategic partnerships across infrastructure and mobility sectors.

The role focuses on market research, feasibility studies, and presenting recommendations to management, requiring strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. This position is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, investment analysis, or project development.
• Strong financial modeling, feasibility studies, and market/demand analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in GIS, traffic/demand analysis, infrastructure, or mobility is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities across infrastructure, toll services, advertising, utilities, mobility, and related areas.
• Develop financial models including NPV, IRR, cash flow, and scenario analyses to assess viability.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, investment proposals, and management presentations.
• Monitor assumptions, financial metrics, and risks throughout due diligence and implementation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders; support negotiations.
