Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in business development, investment analysis, project development, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, feasibility/business case development, and market/demand analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in GIS, traffic/demand analysis, infrastructure, or mobility is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities, including infrastructure, toll services, advertising, utilities, mobility, and other complementary businesses.
• Develop financial models and conduct NPV, IRR, cash flow, and scenario/sensitivity analysis to assess project viability.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, investment proposals, and presentations for management approval.
• Monitor project assumptions, financial metrics, and risks throughout due diligence and implementation.
• Conduct market research, macroeconomic scanning, and industry analysis to assess potential opportunities.
• Conduct demand, traffic, and spatial/GIS analysis, where applicable.
• Collect, validate, and maintain datasets, assumptions, and analytical models supporting business cases.
• Analyze customer profiles, competition, market gaps, and demand to support business concepts, pricing, and commercial strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers, clients, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial proposals and support negotiations and partnership arrangements.
• Coordinate with consultants, LGU working groups, and internal technical teams to validate project assumptions and requirements.
• Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to management and external stakeholders.
