Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or analytical field.
• 5–7 years in corporate planning/strategy or related roles.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling experience.
• Experience evaluating investments, M&A, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience preparing business cases and investment memoranda.
• Strong market research and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitive, economic, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate new business ventures, strategic investments, M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Build and analyze financial and valuation models (DCF, LBO, comps, sensitivity).
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence and assess ROI and synergies.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, investment proposals, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Lead strategic projects independently from problem definition to final deliverables.
• Support corporate planning and align strategies with broader objectives.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve market research and scenario planning.
