Qualifications

• 5+ years professional work experience in leading and executing successful strategic planning cycles, business reviews, or corporate planning initiatives.
• Ability to articulate and deliver value-adding work to client organizations.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the consulting team to deliver value to the client.
• Establish a trust-based relationship with the client to articulate and deliver value-adding work.
• Develop a robust understanding of the client’s business and their growth ambitions.
• Customize and map strategic planning processes and workshop designs based on Acumen IP and client needs.
• Drive alignment across the consulting team and client organization.
• Coach Consulting Associates as well as Clients.
