Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to lead business reporting and dashboards across units in the Philippines. You will track KPIs, analyze variances, and present insights to senior leadership to influence decisions.

Ideal candidates have CA or MBA (Finance), 2–4 years in financial analysis or management reporting, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
2–4 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, or management reporting.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and numerical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends across business units.
Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.
Analyze performance variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
Drive financial and business analysis to support new initiatives and process improvements.
Partner with Operations, Product, and Sales teams on business planning and problem-solving.
Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
