Qualifications

• 8–10 years in strategic governance oversight and risk advisory in infrastructure or complex projects.
• Graduate of a four-year program; post-graduate governance/risk training preferred.
• Proficient with AI productivity tools, Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and high professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advise on PMO governance standards and portfolio alignment.
• Provide independent governance assessments and strategic recommendations.
• Counsel on macro delivery risks and change impact on scope and budget.
• Deliver executive briefings and governance guidance to senior management.
