Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a highly experienced PMO Lead Planning, Scheduling & Risk Manager to oversee planning, scheduling and risk management for major infrastructure projects. You will lead the Owner's Team, Owner's Engineer and EPC Contractors, ensuring fully integrated schedules and proactive risk management with robust executive reporting.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across governance standards and escalation processes, balancing detailed delivery with strategic PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• PMI-SP/PSP or PMP mandatory.
• 15+ years in planning, scheduling or project controls.
• Proven leadership of planning functions on major capital projects.
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules and risk management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across multiple major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain Programme and Project Integrated Master Schedules.
• Lead Project Risk Management and maintain risk registers.
• Provide PMO governance and executive reporting.
• Perform Schedule Risk Analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Mentor planning teams and ensure cross-disciplinary integration.
• Review contractor schedules and recovery programs as needed.
• Ensure schedules align with execution strategy and contractual obligations.
