Job summary

RingCentral is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning for the Professional Services organization. You will focus on COGS forecasting for labor, partner fees, and loss accruals while supporting monthly P&L and headcount reporting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with PS Ops, PMO, and Accounting to ensure accurate close and insightful analyses. As part of a global revenue-generating services business, you will help strengthen margin visibility and drive targeted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A experience with ownership of a business unit or revenue function.
• Proven experience preparing monthly/quarterly P&L and headcount reporting with executive-ready deliverables.
• Hands-on PO processes through month-end close; review invoices and PO entries.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and rolling forecast for Professional Services COGS and revenue; focus on labor, partner fees, loss accruals.
• Build driver-based COGS forecast models for labor, partner fees, and accruals; reflect headcount and utilization changes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L and headcount reporting with insightful commentary.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards tracking COGS, margins, utilization, and headcount.
