Job summary

ClearSource BPO is seeking a Finance professional to oversee revenue operations, FP&A, and management reporting, acting as a strategic partner across departments.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, labor cost modeling, and monthly close with revenue recognition compliance. You will produce dashboards and analyze profitability by client and service line while supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue operations, invoicing, AR management, and billing disputes resolution.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and labor cost models.
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) and build decision-support models.
• Monitor KPIs to identify business risks and growth opportunities and produce monthly dashboards.
• Support month-end close and ensure revenue recognition compliance.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and Payroll to gather budget assumptions and drive financial process improvements.
