Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Global Forecasting and Demand Planning. Responsible for the Global forecasting and Demand planning of products for RingCentral.
• Leads Planning Activities, aggregating demand, analytics, and driving planning system maturity.
• Analyze Historical Data, Market Trends, and Customer Insights to create reliable demand plans.
• Receive, Analyze, and Process Monthly Data for forecasting input.
• Collaborate with Partners across Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Sales teams.
• Improve and Communicate Forecasts to stakeholders.
• Manage Inventory with optimal levels and contingency plans.
• Gap Analysis and Process Improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive data-driven Decision Making in planning practices.
