Job summary

R1 RCM Philippines is seeking a Program Manager – FP&A to act as a senior finance business partner for Voice Operations, Clinical Operations, and Corporate support. You will own the monthly close cycle, headcount and OpEx forecasting, and financial reporting for PH, India, and US leadership.

The role collaborates with Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, and Real Estate to validate budgets, prepare reviews, and drive planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A covering budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operations and corporate stakeholders in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of month-end close, variance analysis (actual vs. budget and forecast), and headcount-driven cost modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Oracle (GL and Procurement), Workday, and Adaptive Planning or a comparable EPM tool.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level financial presentations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the monthly close cycle and prepares P&L flash with commentary on key drivers.
• Prepares OpEx and headcount flash and compares actuals to Plan and Forecast.
• Conducts cost-center OpEx reviews and leads pre-hard-close P&L reviews with key stakeholders.
• Refreshes monthly P&L post close and prepares full-year estimates for monthly calls.
• Prepare headcount input and forecast templates for Rolling Forecast and Annual Plan.
• Facilitate headcount and cost forecast discussions and consolidate inputs.
• Track Long-Range Plan initiatives and monitor risks.
• Prepare capacity outlook and seat utilization projections.
