Job summary

MAVI is an invite-only network connecting high-performing finance and accounting professionals with fast-growing US companies. You will own management reporting, KPI dashboards, and forward-looking analysis for US leadership teams.

This is not a task-execution role. You will own outcomes, exercise judgment, improve how the work gets done, and communicate directly with senior stakeholders across the US and MAVI networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, or management reporting.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability; Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools are valuable.
• Experience building reporting for executives, boards, or investors.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Able to distinguish meaningful signals from reporting noise.
• Excellent written communication and comfort working with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own management reporting packages for executives, boards, and investors.
• Develop KPI dashboards linking operating metrics to financial outcomes.
• Produce variance analysis and forward-looking commentary for monthly business reviews.
• Partner with data, accounting, and functional teams to improve source-data quality.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual spreadsheet work.
• Translate trends into concise actions, risks, and opportunities.
