• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A, labor headcount forecasting, and Actuals across assigned entities.
• Develop executive-level financial presentations and dashboards for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Coordinate with FP&A, BUF, Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting activities.
• Lead a team delivering Compensation Planning and Actuals operations.
