Qualifications

• 5+ years Experience in Workforce Management, forecasting and scheduling.
• Detailed understanding of key systems impacting contact center operations.
• Advanced forecasting and scheduling applications experience.
• 3+ years Experience creating reports and dashboards for insights.
• Strong analytical skills focused on forecasting & scheduling.
• Willingness to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for multiple sites/work groups.
• Publish schedules and manage Time Off requests.
• Plot activities within shifts and manage scheduling.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for volume and performance events.
• Develop, maintain and automate dashboards for KPIs on demand and capacity.
