Job summary

iFIVE Global is seeking a Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our Manila-area team. The analyst will deliver strategic financial analysis, strengthen budget ownership, and support forecasting while shaping pricing strategies using market trends and internal data.

The role requires collaboration with finance, sales and product teams to provide actionable insights through dashboards and data storytelling. Night shift and hybrid work are expected in Pasig.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, MACROS) and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Track key metrics, trends and performance indicators.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis.
• Assist with month-end close and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Analyze customer profitability and pricing; collect and manage datasets with Excel/Power BI.
