Nissan Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Planning Specialist to develop and manage the sales plan through robust forecasting that reflects market trends, economic indicators, and dealer performance.

The role aligns local targets with the Nissan Regional Office for ASEAN and prepares regional reports and submissions. The position provides data-driven insights to support management decisions and coordinates with Sales, Marketing and Finance to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• Advanced training or certification in Data Analytics, Forecasting or SCM is an plus.
• Experience in demand forecasting, analytics or commercial planning is preferred.
• Experience in automotive or regional/multinational coordination is advantageous.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develops and manages sales forecasts and plans considering market trends, macroeconomic conditions, competitor actions, dealer capability, and planned programs.
• Coordinate with Sales Area Management, Marketing and Finance to validate assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and consolidate regional reports and submissions, including sales plan proposals, performance vs plan, forecast accuracy and risks.
• Production Ordering: supports order volume, variant and color mix, ensuring alignment with supply constraints and timelines.
