Job summary

Responsibilities

• Producing forecasts for Customer Service locations by country, skill, and network.
• Develops work migration plans according to UPS Strategy roadmap.
• Oversees creation and maintenance of various operational and financial reports and dashboards.
• Seeks opportunities to improve operational, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Plans contact volume and productivity for annual budgeting and seasonal peaks.
• Identifies skill gaps and development opportunities.
