E-Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Planning and Forecasting professional to analyze KPIs, translate data insights for leadership, and drive improvements across the Planning function.

The role emphasizes strong Power BI expertise, materials planning background in manufacturing, ERP management, and collaboration with Finance and Sales to align forecasts and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–8 years of relevant professional experience in planning, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Strong Power BI experience is a must.
• Strong background in Materials Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in ERP management, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management in manufacturing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced planning tools.
• Leadership experience with ability to motivate teams and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory KPIs and reports.
• Translate data into clear presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align findings and action plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance to establish Sales and Order Forecast autoload in ESIOP Sales Coverage File.
• Partner with Sales on Orders-to-Sales forecasting using Oracle Sales Cloud data.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and strategic planning initiatives.
