Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Demand Planner in the Philippines to drive forecast accuracy at multiple levels and collaborate with product, sales, and customers in consensus forecasting. The role supports S&OP with data-driven analysis and strong communication across cross-functional teams.

You will maintain demand plans, monitor accuracy, and present insights for monthly reviews while leveraging SAP/IBP, Excel models, and other tools. A hybrid work setup is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; APICS certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in Demand Planning or related.
• Experience supporting S&OP and Demand Review.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP, MRP.
• Experience with SAP IBP/ERP, JDA, Xelus or similar tools; advanced Excel skills and analytics exposure.
• Strong business analytics, data management, and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese or Spanish is a plus depending region.
• Experience in a global, cross-functional environment is a plus.
• Continuous improvement mindset; challenge assumptions and improve planning processes.
• Ability to leverage AI forecasting tools for insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in S&OP to publish numbers for upcoming months.
• Develop and refine short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts.
• Actively manage forecasts by region, customer, and product.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and variance with root cause actions.
• Prepare materials for Demand Review, MBR, and S&OP meetings.
• Utilize SAP, IBP, Salesforce, and Excel-based models for planning.
• Maintain MRP groups and safety stock aligning with constraints.
• Support inventory strategy analysis and service levels.
• Address late deliveries, obsolete inventory, and service gaps.
• Support forecasting tools and analytics enablement.
• Perform advanced demand analytics: trend, segmentation, scenario modeling.
• Provide planning support for projects like launches and migrations.
• Ensure system integrity across IBP and SAP.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to improve forecasts.
• Engage with critical customers to align forecasts.
• Adhere to TE policies and maintain process discipline.
