Job summary

UPS Philippines is seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisors (Forecasting and Planning) to lead workload forecasting for Customer Service locations, analyze data, and support senior management with data-driven decisions to guide the business.

The role emphasizes planning, transformation and work migration, plus building dashboards and reports to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and foster team development within Customer Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Experience with data analysis and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Forecasting - Produce forecasts for Customer Service Locations (by country, skill, and network).
• Transformation and Work Migration - Develop work migration plans per UPS Strategy roadmap.
• Business Analytics - Oversee creation/maintenance of advanced operational and financial reports and dashboards.
• Project Development - Seek opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Business and Peak Planning - Plan contact volume and productivity for budgeting and seasonal peaks.
• People Development - Identify skill gaps and opportunities for team growth.
