Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a four-year course.
• 2-3 years in workforce management or capacity planning.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling, and real-time WFM knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and WFM/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily to annual workforce forecasts using data and drivers.
• Build capacity plans aligned with targets and SLAs.
• Conduct what-if analyses to test business changes.
• Generate reports on forecast accuracy and staffing gaps.
• Collaborate with recruitment, training, and ops teams.
• Provide actionable insights to improve utilization.
