Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in Management or computer-related field.
• Experience with database management and spreadsheet software.
• 2–4 years in workforce management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RTA, WFA, schedulers and reporting analysts.
• Manage forecasting, headcount planning and capacity.
• Develop and present workforce reports and templates.
• Collaborate with Ops leaders to improve productivity and service levels.
• Guide performance, mentoring and continuous improvement.
• Attend client meetings and align with Workforce Manager.
