Qualifications

• 3+ years of forecasting and capacity planning experience in high-volume contact center or shared services environments.
• Advanced forecasting and analytical capabilities using statistical models and multi-channel data.
• Proficiency in leading WFM platforms and Excel-based analysis to develop scalable workforce plans.
• Open to morning, mid, and graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting strategy across all contact channels, delivering accurate volume and AHT forecasts.
• Drive long- and mid-term capacity planning translating growth and workforce trends into headcount strategies.
• Influence performance via scenario modeling and workforce analytics with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Scheduling, and Analytics to align workforce plans with business objectives.
• Continuously improve forecasting capabilities by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
