Transcom Pasig-Ayala site is seeking an Assistant Workforce Manager (Capacity Planning) to lead capacity planning and forecasting efforts. The role involves analyzing historical data, forecasting demand, and guiding resource allocation to meet service level objectives.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to share insights, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency in staffing and processes. The position offers opportunities to influence large-scale workforce strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capacity planning, preferably in a contact center or service-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in capacity planning tools, WFM software, and advanced spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Analysis: analyze historical data to identify trends and forecast future demand.
• Forecasting and Planning: develop reliable capacity forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Resource Allocation: determine staffing levels and allocate resources to meet SLA objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs like service level, occupancy, and utilization.
• Process Improvement: optimize capacity planning processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Training to align plans.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate reports and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
