Job summary

Golden Point Autocare is seeking a results-driven account specialist in the Philippines to manage fleet accounts, monitor AR aging, and coordinate with clients and Accounting for billing and collections. You will cultivate strong relationships with existing fleet clients and prospect new fleet/corporate accounts through referrals and visits.

You will prepare quotations and proposals, onboard new accounts, and coordinate requirements with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and follow up overdue fleet accounts.
• Coordinate with clients and Accounting for billing, payment schedules, and collection concerns.
• Maintain good relationships with existing fleet clients.
• Acquire new fleet/corporate accounts through prospecting, referrals, and client visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and account presentations.
• Handle account onboarding and coordinate requirements with internal departments.
• Monitor account sales, collections, and client concerns.
• Submit regular reports on collections, aging, and new account pipeline.
