Job summary

Netflix Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Manager to lead its Manila-based Financial Reporting team, delivering timely statutory financial statements across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. You will mentor accountants and oversee day-to-day activities.

The role collaborates with tax and finance, drives process improvements, and ensures IFRS/local GAAP compliance while coordinating external audits and supporting global reporting strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in IFRS and/or local GAAP; experience with APAC/EMEA/LATAM local GAAPs is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience preparing end-to-end statutory financial statements and managing external audits for international entities.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (Workday Financials) and reporting tools (Workiva) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day oversight for the Manila-based Financial Reporting team; mentor and develop accountants; align with regional leaders to support global reporting strategy.
• Lead preparation of statutory financial statements for APAC Netflix entities; coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance; partner with tax, finance, engineering and other teams to drive process improvements.
