Beyond Horizon Group (BHG) is seeking a meticulous Financial Analyst in Metro Manila to join our finance team. You will support financial planning, ensure accuracy of reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.

You will handle month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and subsidiary/unit reporting with variance analysis to provide actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing activities and reconciliations (bank, intercompany) to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in development of annual corporate budget and periodic forecasts.
• Review budgets and financial statements from subsidiaries/business units for alignment with company goals.
• Transform data into actionable insights and conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget to support management decisions.
