The Bistro Group is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information. Key duties include building financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor KPIs, highlight trends and analyze variances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights.
• Support the finance team in audits and compliance efforts.
• Evaluate performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations through data interpretation and comparative analyses.
• Support business cases and investment proposals with sound financial analysis.
