Job summary

Merck Kgaa in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Functional Performance Management Lead to design and drive a transparent performance framework across the organization, linking Finance strategy with execution.

You will coordinate data collection and interpretation, translate performance insights into actions, and partner with senior leaders to ensure governance and accountability for Finance services, processes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Admin, IT (etc.).
• 5+ years in finance, performance management or transformation.
• Experience with international teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the Finance Performance Management framework.
• Translate strategy into measurable performance objectives for Finance services.
• Coordinate collection and interpretation of Finance performance data.
• Support analysis and define corrective or improvement actions.
• Review performance measures with Finance leadership and process owners.
• Join and co-lead performance review sessions with stakeholders.
• Benchmark externally to identify opportunities for improvement.
