Job summary

The healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation in Parañaque is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance across the business. You will partner with commercial and functional leaders to propel revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio optimisation while overseeing FP&A, Finance Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

CPA license and at least 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a related industry.
Proven expertise in FP&A, Finance Operations, and commercial finance business partnering, managing P&L performance and driving strategic financial decision-making.
Able to lead and develop high-performing teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business.
Partner with commercial and functional leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio optimisation.
Oversee FP&A, Finance Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
Ensure strong governance, compliance, contract review, business evaluation, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and business integration.
