Job summary

Merck Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced CPA/CMA-led FP&A executive to shape the financial planning and controllership for a global matrix organization. You will lead a 50+ person finance team, drive performance metrics, and partner with US/Europe/APAC stakeholders to align on budgeting, forecasting, and governance.

The role emphasizes Lean transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with hubs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified CPA/CMA with 15+ years of experience in finance, including at least 8 years in FP&A/Controlling.
• Experience managing a team of 50+ members for at least 5 years.
• Fluent in English and strong financial analytics abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder relationship management across internal teams and leadership.
• Lead FP&A delivery aligned with global vision and north star.
• Recruit, orient, train, and scale FP&A managers and leaders.
• Roll out NPS surveys, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Drive process transformation and Lean initiatives for productivity.
