Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across three business units. The role drives cost management, internal controls, and strategic partnering with operations to optimize service pricing and expansion.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in finance with supervisory experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8 years in finance/accounting; 2–3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in GL management, financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for 3 business units.
• Present performance and KPIs to senior management and the Board.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining patient care quality.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, MR, and pricing/costing.
• Provide financial insights for pricing, expansion, and projects.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
