Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in logistics or operations-heavy industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews for assigned units or accounts.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and variances against plan.
• Explain performance drivers and recommend actions to address risks or improve results.
• Prepare management reports that connect financial results with operational measures such as volume and cost per delivery.
