Job summary

Global Finance Teams in the Philippines is seeking a hybrid Controllership/FP&A professional to own the analytical layer and forecasting, supporting a Series B financing. The role offers flexibility between part-time and full-time, with emphasis on accuracy over transactional accounting.

You will lead monthly close improvements, review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and develop management reporting and KPIs for COO/CEO visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading monthly close processes and improving close timelines.
• Experience reviewing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations and accruals for accuracy.
• Ability to develop and maintain management reporting and KPIs for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the monthly close process in partnership with the existing accounting team.
• Review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, accruals, and other close outputs for accuracy.
• Bridge accounting outputs into management, Board, investor, and lender reporting.
• Own and maintain the financial model, rolling forecast, budget, and cash planning.
• Produce monthly actual vs. forecast and variance analysis.
• Develop KPIs for COO/CEO visibility into performance.
