Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the finance and accounting operations for LUXASIA Retail Corporation in the Philippines. You will manage financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls as a key business partner to leadership.

You will lead a team to ensure timely and accurate financial data, support profitability, and drive sustainable growth in a dynamic regional distribution platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• CPA qualification is preferred.
• Strong experience in financial accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall accounting operations and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closing and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and schedules.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with authorities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits.
