Job summary

LUXASIA, a leading beauty omnichannel distributor in Asia Pacific, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the finance and accounting operations of LUXASIA Retail Corporation. This role partners with management to provide accurate financial information, drive budgeting/forecasting, ensure tax compliance, and strengthen internal controls across SAP HANA B1 and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• CPA qualification is preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience managing end-to-end accounting operations.
• Experience in SAP HANA B1 is strongly preferred.
• Experience in multinational, retail, or FMCG/consumer business environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall accounting operations of LRC, ensuring complete, accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with reporting timelines.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial schedules.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Monitor the accuracy and integrity of financial data in SAP and other finance systems.
• Provide timely financial analysis and insights to Management to support business decisions.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, Inventory and General Ledger accounting activities and ensure proper controls are in place.
• Monitor customer collections, vendor payments and working capital.
• Review aging reports and recommend actions for overdue receivables.
• Ensure monitoring and reconciliation of inventory balances and related entries.
• Oversee open Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and other transactions affecting financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and government authorities for tax compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with stakeholders; monitor variances.
• Oversee cash flow planning and working capital management.
• Establish and maintain financial controls; coordinate audits.
• Drive system/process improvements in SAP and finance workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR to align financial goals.
