Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking an experienced AP/Finance professional to monitor vouchers, invoices, and cash flow. You will prepare VAT reconciliations and assist the Sr. F&A Officer to ensure accurate recording of AP and expenses.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support the AP team, and handle additional F&A tasks as needed to strengthen financial operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business course, preferably BS Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of AP & Tax experience.
• Forecasting and financial analysis background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Invoice and payment processing expertise.
• Vendor/supplier account management.
• Tax compliance and regulatory skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and checking of AP related vouchers and invoices, cash plan and payment monitoring
• Prepare monthly and quarterly input VAT reconciliations and reports for BIR filing
• Assist Sr. F&A Officer ensuring all AP and Expense transactions are properly recorded
• Coordination with vendors and internal departments on related vendor inquiries and/or discussions
• Assist Sr. F&A Officer overseeing AP team's task accomplishment
• Other task assigned by Management as deemed necessary in fulfilling F&A functions
