Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Facilities & Operations Leader to drive Tier 2 strategic initiatives, manage facilities and services, and optimize budgets. The role covers risk management, safety culture, SLAs, fleet and travel services, and compliance with multiple ISO standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or business-related field required.
• 7-8 years total professional experience.
• At least 2 years managerial or leadership experience.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Tier 2 objectives and strategic initiatives aligned with Tier 1 Balanced Scorecard.
• Establish and enforce facilities and services management policies, guidelines, procedures, and documentation aligned with corporate standards.
• Lead strategic and operational risk management; integrate risk considerations into business decisions; maintain Business Continuity Plan and DRP.
• Formulate and manage departmental budgets; recommend staffing levels; ensure compliant spending; optimize resources.
• Design and roll out service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer experience.
• Build and execute safety strategies; ensure adherence to safety standards; champion a sustainable safety culture.
• Deliver corporate travel, mobile, and support services per SLAs.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing and settlement of accounts payable.
• Oversee contract drafting, implementation, and renewals; cultivate relationships with providers.
• Ensure fleet operations comply with Road Transport Safety Management System requirements.
• Plan and monitor fleet maintenance programs to control costs and maximize reliability.
• Develop facilities and grounds maintenance programs and ensure quality.
• Enforce dormitory policies and house rules.
• Review and approve technical work orders; coordinate with facility engineers.
• Track renewal of facility-related permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Monitor staff performance against goals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of learning opportunities.
• Adhere to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 55001, 50001, 22301).
• Report EHS incidents and security risks to committees.
• Protect information assets per ISMS requirements.
