Federal Pioneer Development Corp. in Mandaluyong seeks a senior facilities leader to oversee operations, maintenance, and compliance across all building systems. You will supervise the Jr. Facility Engineer and technicians, and drive preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires strong project leadership, budget oversight, and coordination with tenants and regulatory bodies. Travel across property clusters may be required to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to local building codes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field; PE license is a strong advantage.
• 10–15 years in property and facilities management focusing on building systems upkeep and operations.
• Experience leading technical teams and supervising junior staff.
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes, fire codes (RA 9514), LGU permit processes, and DOLE-OSHC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC/chiller systems, pumps, and generators.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills; decisive in emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and compliance across building systems.
• Supervise Jr. Facility Engineer and technicians; mentor the team.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Review/approve monthly engineering reports (utility tracking, incidents).
• Enforce build-out guidelines and approve tenant renovation plans.
• Direct renovation projects and monitor contractors for variations.
• Ensure timely validation and renewal of permits and safety certifications.
• Establish and enforce EHS protocols and access control.
