• Must hold a bachelor's degree in IT, facilities, or related field.
• 12–15 years in facilities management, IT infrastructure, or site operations.
• 8+ years leading facilities, IT, or multi-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing physical and digital infrastructure in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, building services, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and strategic partnerships.
• Proven business partnering, problem-solving, and project leadership capabilities.
• Budget, safety, and business continuity experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute facilities, workplace, and IT infrastructure strategies aligned with growth.
• Lead multi-site facilities operations, maintenance programs, and upgrades.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including network, CCTV, and end-user support.
• Partner with leaders to deliver scalable facilities and technology solutions.
• Manage expansion projects, relocations, and capacity planning.
• Govern external service providers and vendors to meet service standards.
• Oversee assets, lifecycle, inventory, and readiness programs.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop emergency plans, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation.
• Lead teams with defined SOPs, SLAs, and workforce development.
• Manage facilities and IT budgets, optimize resources and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and employee experience.
