Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Management professional to lead an Integrated Facilities Management operation in a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on mobilization to full-scale operations, guiding large multi-disciplinary teams, and optimizing budgets while ensuring SHEQ compliance. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage diverse teams, and build strong client partnerships, delivering superior service

Qualifications

• Strong Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-service teams.
• Experience in IFM, contract management, and client relationship management.
• Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
• Experience in mobilization, transition, and contract start-up activities is highly preferred.
