Job summary

SMEDD Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-site projects from concept through completion. You will review budgets, schedules and permits, oversee construction teams, manage safety and quality, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and PM software tools, with willingness to travel nationwide. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 8–15 years industry experience, or 5+ years handling multiple projects.
• Willing to travel frequently and work across nationwide locations.
• PRC license is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review project budgets and schedules for pre-construction planning.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams through construction.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with OSH/DOLE and SMEDD standards.
• Review reports, change orders, and cost tracking for management.
• Lead alignment meetings and ensure timely project closure and close-out.
