Remotepro Dot P H is seeking an Executive Recruiter/HR Specialist to partner with clients as a strategic hiring advisor. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles while supporting HR operations for an internal team.

Qualifications

• Excellent conversational English—clear and attentive to clients and candidates.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience across executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles.
• Proven client communication and stakeholder management; capability to push back when needed.
• Sharp interviewing and candidate assessment ability to differentiate between good vs. great.
• Active, confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter) daily.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting; build pipelines, don’t wait for applicants.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable, ClickUp) and HR tools.
• High integrity and sound judgment; handle confidential information.
• Self-directed once you understand the environment; ask the right questions early.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles.
• Lead intake calls with clients; clarify briefs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proactively source and headhunt via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing mindset, ownership, and culture fit.
• Present candidates with clear, honest hiring recommendations to clients.
• Write and post culture-fit job descriptions across platforms.
• Support HR operations—onboarding, contractor documentation, records management, policies.
• Track recruitment metrics and pipeline health; surface improvement needs.
• Build and improve recruitment SOPs, interview guides, scorecards, onboarding checklists.
• Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and communication while maintaining quality.
