Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, or process optimization roles.
• Proven track record in leading AI‑driven projects with measurable business results.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements using AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: facilitate planning, translate objectives into roadmaps, monitor progress and escalate issues.
• Performance Management and KPI Governance: develop and govern KPIs/OKRs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Governance and Operating Model Alignment: establish governance frameworks, maintain processes, coordinate forums.
