Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a Director of Strategy Execution & Transformation to serve as the CIO’s partner, translating ISG priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will drive enterprise-wide planning, integration across Core Services and Shared Services, and ensure resources focus on high-value opportunities.

The role requires executive-level communication, governance, and a proven track record in large-scale IT transformations within the telecommunications sector.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of demonstrated experience in Strategy & Transformation Offices or enterprise business transformation functions.
• Proven track record partnering with executives to shape priorities and drive enterprise-wide change.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT solutions, AI and cloud platforms in a telco context.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
• Certifications in change management or enterprise strategy valued, PM/Agile secondary.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into enterprise execution and ensure alignment across ISG.
• Provide CIO with decision-ready visibility into performance and risks.
• Orchestrate executive forums and stakeholder discussions to accelerate decisions.
• Govern strategy execution, investment portfolios and transformation programs.
• Lead governance for transparency and course correction across programs.
• Shape strategic communications for leadership to reinforce priorities.
