Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking someone to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify processes and improve outcomes. You will work with business teams to translate pain points into practical AI use cases, supporting initiatives from idea through pilot, implementation, and scaling.

You will coordinate across Business, Technology, Data, and Operations to move initiatives forward, help develop the AI roadmap, and track benefits and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: Support the development and execution of the AI transformation roadmap.
• AI Use Case Development: Identify processes and customer journeys that can benefit from AI; develop and assess AI use cases.
• Program & Initiative Management: Coordinate delivery of AI initiatives across Business, Technology, Data, and stakeholders; track milestones and risks.
• AI Adoption & Change Management: Help business teams understand and adopt AI-enabled tools; develop training and enablement activities.
• AI Performance & Value Tracking: Define success measures and monitor improvements in customer experience, productivity, revenue, cost, and operational efficiency.
• AI Governance & Responsible Adoption: Collaborate with Technology, Data, Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure AI governance.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and share learnings across the organization.
