Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator & Strategic Events Specialist to plan and execute strategic events that strengthen market presence and support client acquisition.

You will collaborate with Sales, Performance Marketing, Customer Success, and internal teams to connect with audiences and create meaningful business opportunities. This role goes beyond event coordination; you will determine where Staff Domain should show up, identify audiences, and ensure each event contributes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in event coordination or marketing coordination.
• End-to-end event management experience including venue sourcing.
• Experience owning at least two B2B events from planning to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver flagship client acquisition events quarterly.
• Own event delivery from concept to execution, including venues and budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to build targeted guest lists.
• Capture attendees in CRM and hand off to SDR within 48 hours.
• Produce post-event reports with metrics and improvements.
